Orange & Green Herringbone British Wool Scarf with Fringe Details
A handwoven scarf crafted from British wool, designed and made in my Somerset studio.
Each of my scarves are woven slowly, with careful attention to colour, texture and materials, resulting in pieces that are both practical and enduring.
Design: This scarf is woven with a traditional herringbone design, with simple plain green warp and burnt orangeweft, with added textural fringe details. Finished with pretty hand tied tassels.
Colour Palette: A really simple palette in this one, with just two colours. Colours that are frequently found in the countryside, and always go so well together.
Inspired by the British countryside and seasonal shifts in the landscape, this scarf reflects a considered approach to making. Where materials are respected and each piece is allowed to develop at its own pace.
Soft, warm and naturally breathable, it's designed fro everyday wear. Offering both comfort and a connection to the materials it's made from.
Each scarf is one of a kind.
